We simply ask that you notify our customer service department within 7 days of receipt of your product at(800) 696-6543 to arrange for return, replacement, exchange, or refund. Items can be returned for any reason, if undamaged in the original package for a full refund. We will also make arrangements for a replacement, exchange or refund for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. We are a family owned business and we stand behind all the products we sell. We guarantee that your item will arrive on time and of the newest lot available. We typically respond to customer service emails during our normal business hours which are 9-5 EST Monday through Friday. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.
